Iran is facing one of its most critical moments in years. In this video, I break down the latest developments inside the country, as reports indicate around 2,000 protesters have been killed and more than 10,000 detained. Former President Donald Trump stated that “help is on the way” for Iranian protesters and warned that sanctions, cyberattacks, or even military action are all possible options. He also threatened to impose 25% tariffs on any country trading with Iran, a move that could impact Turkey, India, Pakistan, Russia, and China. On the other hand, Iranian officials say they are open to talks with Trump over the nuclear program, while simultaneously declaring readiness for war and insisting that the Iranian people stand with the government against foreign interference.
